The partnership between Suffolk and CO Architects brings together deep experience delivering complex healthcare, research and higher education facilities. Working alongside UCSF from the outset, the integrated team will provide early construction and design expertise to help inform key decisions, manage project complexity and align scope, budget and schedule expectations throughout the planning process. Supported by Suffolk Design, Suffolk’s integrated design management team, the project will leverage design management, technical reviews and sustainability expertise to align intent, value and project goals from the earliest stages of development.

Designed to support collaboration among faculty, researchers and clinicians, the facility will help advance emerging models of interdisciplinary healthcare and prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals.
