Lattice Semiconductor (NASDAQ: LSCC), the low power programmable leader, the low power programmable leader, announced that the Compensation Committee of Lattice’s Board of Directors approved on July 27, 2026, the grant of restricted stock unit awards covering an aggregate of 444,588 shares of its common stock to 45 new employees under Lattice’s 2025 Inducement Equity Incentive Plan. Each award was granted as an inducement material to the employee’s commencement of employment in connection with Lattice’s acquisition of AMI and pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4).

The restricted stock unit awards will vest over two years, with fifty percent (50%) vesting on the first anniversary of the closing of the acquisition and the remaining fifty percent (50%) vesting on the second anniversary of the closing of the acquisition, subject to the recipient continuing to provide services on the applicable vesting date and subject to any accelerated vesting provisions contained in any letter agreement between the recipient and Lattice. Each award is subject to the terms and conditions of Lattice’s 2025 Inducement Equity Incentive Plan and the grant agreements covering the awards.
