CLEAResult, the largest provider of energy efficiency, energy transition, and energy sustainability services in North America, announces the acquisition of CHEERS (California Home Energy Efficiency Rating Services) and its affiliate, ConSol. CHEERS is the California Energy Commission (CEC)-approved platform for energy code compliance registration in California. ConSol is a residential energy advisory firm serving utilities, builders, and public agencies across California, with training, technical, and policy solutions.

The acquisition strengthens CLEAResult’s ability to serve California’s residential energy efficiency ecosystem – adding CHEERS’ compliance registration platform and above-code certification programs, along with ConSol’s technical, training, and policy expertise, to its California portfolio. Together, CHEERS and ConSol support the energy consultants, architects, builders, contractors, and Energy Code Compliance (ECC) raters who enable California’s residential energy efficiency programs.
