Washington, D.C., Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Education company EAB announced today a major expansion of the firm’s Navigate360 Enrollment CRM. The enhanced platform helps colleges manage the undergraduate enrollment journey in one connected system while using responsible AI to improve student engagement and reduce administrative work.
The announcement marks the latest stage in the evolution of Navigate360, EAB’s industry-leading student recruitment and retention software. EAB first added recruitment-focused CRM capabilities to the platform in 2023. Since then, the company has expanded those capabilities into a full-service enrollment CRM designed to replace disconnected systems and help institutions provide more timely, personalized communications and support to students during the application process.
“Enrollment teams need more capacity, but they also need technology that is easy to manage and strengthens the personal relationships that influence students’ decisions,” said EAB President of Technology, Scott Schirmeier. “The expanded Navigate360 Enrollment CRM automates routine work with responsible AI, gives staff a comprehensive view of each student, and helps institutions provide timely support throughout the enrollment journey.”
The AI Assistant within Navigate360 can manage application queues, generate personalized communications, prepare staff for meetings with prospective students, locate information, and create reports using natural-language prompts. The AI Assistant also provides around-the-clock student support, answers institution-specific questions, schedules appointments, and reminds students about important tasks and events. In addition, the CRM can now run agentic campaigns to take supervised autonomous action on behalf of enrollment teams to advance objectives such as application completion and yield management.
The Navigate360 Enrollment CRM also includes an enhanced application portal where students can monitor their application status, complete assigned tasks, schedule appointments, register for events, and find relevant resources. Real-time dashboards enable enrollment leaders to track inquiries, engagement, applications, and yield, helping them identify problems and focus staff attention where it will have the greatest impact.
