CloudOffix Successfully Completes SOC 2 Type I Examination

As AI becomes increasingly embedded in business-critical decisions and workflows, security and governance must be part of the architecture—not an afterthought.”

— Gokhan Erdogdu, Founder and CEO of CloudOffix

COLUMBIA, MD, UNITED STATES, September 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — CloudOffix, the AI-native business operations platform, today announced the successful completion of its SOC 2 Type I examination for the CloudOffix Platform. The examination evaluated whether the company’s controls were suitably designed and implemented in accordance with the applicable Trust Services Criteria for security.

Developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), SOC 2 is a widely recognized framework for evaluating the controls technology companies use to manage and protect customer information. A SOC 2 Type I examination assesses whether an organization’s controls are suitably designed and implemented as of a specific date.

The examination was conducted by Thoropass, an independent third-party assessor, in accordance with the standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

“AI can only create real business value when it operates on a secure, governed, and trusted foundation,” said Gokhan Erdogdu, Founder and CEO of CloudOffix. “As AI becomes increasingly embedded in business-critical decisions and workflows, security and governance must be part of the architecture—not an afterthought. Completing our SOC 2 Type I examination reinforces our vision for CloudOffix: an operational foundation where connected data, processes, and AI can work together securely, responsibly, and at enterprise scale.”

The SOC 2 Type I examination covers the CloudOffix Platform and the infrastructure, software, people, procedures, and data supporting the delivery of its services.

CloudOffix brings data, people, applications, workflows, and AI together within one governed environment. Organizations use the platform to run connected processes across sales, marketing, customer service, human resources, project management, and other business functions; integrate existing enterprise systems; build business applications; and deploy AI assistants and autonomous agents.

As organizations introduce AI into increasingly important business processes, security must extend beyond the protection of individual applications. AI requires controlled access to trusted data, clearly defined permissions, traceable workflows, and governance across every action it takes. CloudOffix’s unified architecture is designed to provide this foundation by keeping business context, security controls, and operational processes connected.

The SOC 2 Type I report provides CloudOffix customers and partners with independent assurance that the controls included within the scope of the examination were suitably designed and implemented as of the assessment date. It also marks an important stage in CloudOffix’s continuing investment in enterprise security, operational resilience, and responsible AI governance.
