EOS Hospitality Credit Partners, the hospitality lending business of EOS Investors LLC (“EOS”), provided a $140 million refinancing for a three-hotel, 413-key hospitality portfolio owned by Mission Hill Hospitality, a company focused on select service and extended stay hotel investments.

The financing has a three-year term with multiple extension options and is secured by the Residence Inn Breckenridge in Breckenridge, Colo., the AC by Marriott Clearwater Beach and Courtyard by Marriott Clearwater Beach in Clearwater, Fla. The Residence Inn Breckenridge is located near Main Street and the area’s ski lifts, while the Clearwater assets are positioned within walking distance of Clearwater Beach and were developed in 2021 and 2022.

Mission Hill acquired the assets in 2023 and has since executed a value-add strategy focused on operational enhancements and capital improvements across the portfolio. The hotels are managed by Peregrine Hospitality.
